Property Litigation Solicitor - Exeter

We are working with one of the top firms in Exeter who are now looking for a 3-5 PQE Solicitor to join their real estate dispute resolution team.

You will be working closely with national clients across real estate litigation this includes developers, investors, commercial landlords, tenants and leasehold management. With these clients you will be advising and assisting with lease extension and enfranchisements, acting for both landlords and leaseholders, negotiating alternative methods of dispute resolution (arbitration etc.), negotiating settlements as well as drafting court proceedings, affidavits and witness statements.
