The Role

The Position is for a Patent Litigation - Life Science - Senior Associate within their City of London office.

You will work within a leading Intellectual Property team that has a large international reach. Referred as leaders in their field by Chambers and Partners you will work on multi-million to billion pound disputes.

The team have a great name across Tech, Biochem, physics, engineering, life sciences and have specialist technicians on across the board. You will work with global giants, on the largest matters.

Highly ranked in the Biotech/Pharma legal 500, they are ideally looking to strengthen their Patent Litigation team with an individual who has sector interests/experience. You will benefit from working with a growing team, working on complex Pharma matters.

Requirements

• You will be a qualified solicitor/Patent Attorney with over 4 years PQE, with a proven track record of advising tax aspects on corporate transactions.
• Experience within Patent Litigation
• Most of worked on a caseload with a Life science focus
• Worked in a respectable IP/PATMA group/city practice
• Comfortable in a client facing role, servicing an established client base.
