Residential Conveyancer

A Residential Conveyancer is wanted for a fantastic Epsom based opportunity with an established general practice. This role will head up the Epsom office's residential conveyancing caseload of work. This is role generally handles good qualify, often HNW caseloads, it is not volume work. The firm are very well networked in the area, so this lawyer will take responsible for building on those established relationships and producing the work. Applications are invited from technically strong qualified Residential Conveyancers looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move into a leadership role with a firm. Salary is up to £60k and the firm are looking to appoint an ambitious solicitor who will work towards becoming Partner.

The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches.

They are looking for a leader, someone who can build and develop on the current client base, promote and improve the company's image and improve the profile with local agents and businesses to enhance new referrals.

This role is well supported with its own Legal Secretary to support the fee earner, that will allow the solicitor to develop and grow the practice.
