Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitor - Kent
A superb opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, looking to take the next step in their career with an excellent Legal 500 Kent firm
There are 2 opportunities within this practice due to their growth, so they are open to experience levels from NQ, right up to the more senior level.
The role will require you to conduct and manage your own cases from initial instruction through to conclusion; assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm. Deal with all types of non contentious property transactions, including; leasehold and freehold acquisitions, leases and renewals, licenses to assign, sub-letting and surrendering leases, as well as some more niche work including property finance and development if you would like to develop those skills further.
