CONVEYANCING MANAGER
WATERLOOVILLE
SALARY £35,000 - 50,000
My client are looking to recruit a conveyancer for a management role in a busy small office in Waterlooville dealing exclusively with home sales and purchases.
This is a well-established office with instructions from existing clients and referrals but also an exciting opportunity for future growth and development.
The appointed Manager will have previous experience in Shared Ownership transactions, Transfers of Equity, Lease Extensions, Help to Buy and New Builds.
Ideally, my client are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years PQE and able to manage a caseload between 100-150 files at any time.
You will have the ability to manage and supervise a small team and develop new business leads.
This is a full time and permanent position.
