This top 50 firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their growing office in the heart of Leeds.
The departments have an impressive client base with some of the UK's largest and best know employers. You will be closely aligned to working with clients on a national basis dealing with a busy caseload.
The role will involve a missed caseload of employment work and providing HR employment law advice to clients.
A large proportion of the role will be attributed to contentious matters including discrimination, whistleblowing and complex unfair dismissal employment tribunal claims.
You will be at the forefront of this growing practice, and there will be a clear scope for you to develop and grow in this role.
- You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE)
- Employment tribunal advocacy experience is essential
- You will have a meticulous eye for detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills are necessary
- Ability to handle a high-level caseload
- Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience
