The Role:

This is a stand-out opportunity for a Planning Associate to join this highly regarded Top 100 firm, based in Manchester City Centre.

The team handles a broad range of high-quality matters on behalf of a National and International client base. The firm has a strong sector presence across health, insurance, sport, and technology, making for an interesting and diverse caseload. The role will cover the full range of planning work, including strategic planning advice, review of planning applications, planning obligations, advice on CIL etc.

You will gain exposure to complex and high-value transactions and will work side by side with the team's renowned Partners, who offer a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw from.

Requirements:

• You will be a Planning Lawyer with at least 2 years' experience (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
• You will have a strong background in Planning Law with experience managing your own caseload.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues
• Able to undertake marketing and business development in order to contribute to profitability
