Scale Lane are recruiting a Residential Conveyancer for an innovative, forward thinking and rapidly expanding firm headquartered in Bolton.

This firm is multi discipline and is excelling across all areas but especially so in conveyancing, with many offices expected to open around the UK over the coming months and years, which is testament to the high quality, high value, customer focused service they offer as well as the innovation, foresight and tenacity from the management.

The Role

As an experienced conveyancer you will be undertaking a varied caseload consisting of freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership cases among other residential conveyancing matters, with all cases from inception to completion.

You will have a new desk which will run optimally with around 50 cases. You will be customer focused, output high quality work, help elevate the companies already high reputation in conveyancing and generate local and national work from your excellent client referrals.

Skills & Experience

• You will be a Conveyancer, Property Solicitor or CILEx with 1+ PQE
• Excellent standards of work and client care
• Strong communication and coordination skills
