The Role:

The team handles a broad range of transactional Real Estate matters, including acquisition, development, sale and letting of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, landlord and tenant, and real estate finance. Their client base is equally varied and includes major financial institutions, well-known international companies, and investors. The variety of deals makes for a diverse and stimulating caseload.

This role will give you exposure to intricate, high-value matters. You will have responsibility for your caseload whilst working closely alongside Partners across the firm on complex and large-scale projects. This exposure means you will be constantly challenged, and no two transactions will be the same.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, with a clear route through to Partner level, a well-trodden path for many of those who make up their current Partnership. Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Associate with a minimum of two years' PQE
• Ideally, you will be coming from an international or respected national law firm and will have a thorough understanding of the needs of a high calibre client base
• A strong academic track record and proven billings
• You will be a team player with a keen eye for detail
