The Role

2+ PQE Property Litigation Associate to join Top 100 firm in Bristol

Due to continued investment and expansion, a confident and driven 2+ PQE Property Litigation lawyer is required to work alongside two Legal 500 ranked Partners on a full range of contentious property matters.

A varied role, you'll engage with clients with local, regional and national property portfolios, involved in the leisure, retail, healthcare, pension fund and investment sectors to name a few.

In supporting key clients, you will be involved in landlord and tenant work (rent reviews, dilapidations, business lease renewals, service charge disputes etc.), development disputes, possession actions, trespass and squatter actions, dealing with litigation through the Courts, involving interim injunction applications and trials.

The Requirements

  • 2+ years PQE experience within Property Litigation
  • Commerciality in engaging with complex issues
  • Confidence and friendly demeanour when engaging with clients
  • Willingness to progress further to Senior rank
