Senior Legal Counsel

Our client, an international FTSE company is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join them on a 3 month contract to start as soon as possible. This role has been assessed as inside IR35

The role will involve drafting and negotiating contracts with a number of new suppliers. This will involve supply contracts, R&D, joint development services agreements and intra-group agreements.

You will be expected to have at least 7 years of experience in commercial law (English qualified or common law system) with a track record of working on complex and high value contracts.

Ideally the candidate will have a good awareness of issues relating to IP, competition, data protection and possibly have had some experience in dealing with manufacturing Partners in China

Umbrella - £525-600 per day depending on experience
