JOB TITLE:                             Commercial Property Solicitor  
PQE REQUIRED:                     2+ years’ PQE

THE ROLE:
Working on behalf of a diverse client base, you will ideally have experience of advising on acquisitions and disposals, leases, overage agreements, development matters and also landlord and tenant matters.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
Suitable Commercial Property Solicitors will have excellent business development skills along with a genuine passion to develop a successful career within this area of law. With a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, you will be well versed in all types of commercial property transactions and be looking for a firm where you can utilise your exceptional business development and networking to further enhance the commercial property instructions.
