We are currently working on a fantastic opportunity for a Property solicitor to join a highly regarded Law firm in Leeds. Unlike most firms it is unique in its set up by not targeting its lawyers financially or by how many chargeable hours done, the firm measures its success on the quality of its work rather than quantity. The role

The role offers the chance to get stuck into a broad range of work including but not limited to; site acquisitions and disposals, funding documentation, and infrastructure agreements within residential development. Clients include national household names, local developers, landowners and registered providers.

You will be working closely alongside a very well regarded partner and senior lawyer as well as more junior solicitors, assisting them on their files as well as running some of your own matters. They are very close knit and team orientated, meaning plenty of collaboration and support, combined with plenty of direct client contact which will enable to you grow, given the amount of repeat business that they undertake you will get to know the clients well. You will also have the support of both planning and construction teams, both of whom you will work closely.

The candidate

They are looking for someone who has excellent standards when it comes to client delivery and service and who is genuinely a team player. Personality fit is important to them both as a team and a firm, they are looking for someone who is very down to earth and sociable. It's a lovely working environment and they are keen to continue to extend this.
