JOB TITLE: Debt Recovery Paralegal
PQE REQUIRED: 12 months + experience
LOCATION: Surrey
SALARY: £Dependant on Experience

THE ROLE:
As a Debt paralegal you will be joining an established and highly successful commercial debt team and will be working on a varied caseload of consumer debts. It is expected that the quality of your work will reflect the firm's impressive reputation in the market and providing an effective and efficient service for the client. You will be responsible for negotiating payment arrangements with customers, handling complaints and complex queries. The work is fast paced and you will be encouraged to utilise your own initiative to maximise collections returns for the clients

THE CANDIDATE:
We are looking for talented and ambitious debt paralegals with strong experience in debt recovery and negotiation. Candidates must have relevant recent experience in handling undefended debt recovery matters and be capable of working in fast paced environment managing different priorities and working as part of a team. Experience must include enforcement of Judgements, knowledge of court processes as well as strong drafting and research skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal to join a progressive dynamic practice that is strengthening its market share nationally, there will be first class prospects for the successful individual.
