Job Details
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills and will need to work remotely but longer term will be based in Dewsbury.
The successful Costs Lawyer/Draftsperson will be working in-house providing dedicated support to a busy Childcare Department.
You will be responsible for the management of a caseload of legal aid matters including schedules of costs, bills of costs, consulting and drafting, uploading onto CCMS, liaising with the Legal Aid Agency and keeping up to date with best practice and compliance.
An in depth understanding of legal aid billing and CCMS is essential.
