A highly-accredited firm in Hull are looking to take on a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor.

In this role, you will run a varied conveyancing caseload and, as one of the more experienced members of the team, will oversee and mentor junior colleagues. 

This is a great opportunity for an experienced conveyancer looking to take the next step up in their career. 

Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Hull  The company & role   

    A dynamic multi-service practice, with offices across East and North Yorkshire  

    Working as part of a busy conveyancing department, you will handle a diverse caseload involving the sales and purchases of leasehold, freehold and new build properties 

    You will also supervise and mentor junior conveyancers 

    Commutable from Hull, Beverley, Scunthorpe and York

The ideal candidate   

    A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE

    Will be well versed in handling the sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, help-to-buy and right-to-buy and the remortgaging process 

    Will have some experience of supervising junior team members 

    Will have an excellent telephone manner and provide a high level of client care 

    Will be self-motivated, reliable and a team player
