Litigation Paralegal – Devizes
A Litigation Paralegal is sought to directly assist a Solicitor of this developing commercial legal practice with offices across Wiltshire. Candidates will have at least six months experience within dispute resolution as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
The Role:
The team advises on a wide range of matters including:
- debt recovery,
- professional negligence,
- landlord & tenant,
- insolvency,
- contractual disputes,
- contentious intellectual property disputes,
- employment
You will have direct contact with the Partner and a real opportunity to build your experience. This position, subject to experience, will also be able to offer you to also manage your own caseload. So there are major development opportunities that come with this post.
Required:
- 6 months experience in a similar position
- LLB graduate/LPC
- IT Literate
