Locum Commercial Property & Development Solicitor - Outside IR35

End of April/beginning of May start - £40 - £45 per hour DOE - 2 months +

Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property & Development Solicitor to join their highly regarded and dedicated Development team. The firm are looking for someone to join them for a minimum of 2 months in duration to start from the end of April or beginning of May.

The successful candidate will have expertise in commercial property development work including site acquisition, planning, construction, and funding to off-plan new build sales acting for homebuilders, local authorities, landowners, investors, and entrepreneurs.

The firm has a dedicated workforce who provide expert legal advice to their client base who include Housing Associations, Councils, Large and Small Corporate Business and individuals.

This attractive position will suit a candidate looking to work a minimum of 4 days per week. Additionally, there is free nearby parking, and the firm are situated walking distance from the nearest station.
