Family Solicitor

Well respected high street firm on the outskirts of Oxford seeks an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to take on a leadership role within the firm.

You will manage a stimulating caseload of family matters whilst taking a key leadership position within the office and developing the family department. The case load will be varied and will encompass privately funded family and child contact files to include financial remedy matters, private children law and cohabitation disputes.

The firm are a people-orientated business who nurture talent and offer flexibility you would associate with a smaller regional firm. The opportunity to work flexible hours enables the team to enjoy a healthy work life balance. 

Ideally, you will be an experienced Family Solicitor with at least three years’ PQE and a solid technical grounding in all aspect of private family law. You must be able to conduct your work in a sympathetic and approachable manner. The firm are open-minded regarding the type of firm you may have worked at previously, as long as the quality remains.

The firm’s offices are located in rural settings with easy access and on-site parking.

Salary is dependent on experience and background, although aims to be above the market rate. You will also receive 28 days plus bank holidays annual leave entitlement.
