**2021 NQ ROLE**

Our client is a well liked Top 30 national practice with a well regarded Property Litigation Department led by a number of experienced Partners.

Due to their plans for expansion within the North, they are now looking to appoint a NQ-2 Property Litigation Lawyer to join their Leeds team office. This team is prevalent within the property litigation sector, hence you can expect to enjoy a broad and complex range of work including a full spread of commercial real estate litigation and advisory work.

Ideally you will have done a seat in property litigation at a large commercial practice (Top 100) or boutique property litigation outfit but this isn't essential as it's more so about the contentious experience you have as well as a willingness to learn. As you will be responsible for assisting with and handling a broad range of property litigation matters, you'll need to be confident and be used to building rapport with clients from many different backgrounds.
