Job Details
An established East Midlands law firm have a vacancy for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and expanding team in its Spalding office. The role has arisen due to an increased amount of work coming into the firm as their reputation grows in the area. This increase in clients and work will mean you will have a full caseload to work on when you join the firm.What sets this opportunity apart is the range of work you will work upon, it is truly diverse focusing on both contentious and non-contentious commercial property matters. In addition, the firm can also offer a great work life balance, alongside a friendly and supportive work environment.
Our client is open minded in terms of PQE and is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor that is confident in dealing with providing advice to clients, drafting documentation and actively wants to develop more business for the firm as they continue to expand. Highlighting their ambitious nature as they continue to grow across the whole of the East Midlands.
This is an ideal role for a solicitor looking to make a step up to dealing with a really good quality caseload with a team that is forward thinking or for a solicitor that may be at a larger law firm looking to provide their expertise in a work environment that is more work life balanced.
