A reputable law firm is currently looking to hire an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal within their regionally reputed Residential Property team.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join the Residential Conveyancing team at short notice.

This role is for a fee earning Paralegal. You must have had experience handling your own caseload. Training may be provided for any transactions you have not dealt with before.

You will have the opportunity to process a caseload of Conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, with close support available from a highly experienced Solicitor.

Skills and responsibilities

• At least 6 months experience working within a Conveyancing Department
• Knowledge of the Conveyancing process from instruction through to completion
• Strong attention to detail and able to time-manage efficiently
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• Interpersonal and client focused
