Your new firm
Our client are seeking a Mental Capacity Associate/ Senior Associate to join their Bristol or Exeter team at a really exciting time in their development. Your new role
You will undertake a full range of existing and new cases for the Mental Capacity team and work with the Partners and others within the wider team to further develop the offering and client base as required. You will collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and design and deliver training both internally and externally to clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 4 years PQE and a proven track record in Mental Capacity work, with excellent technical knowledge and track record of managing individuals' property and financial affairs. You will have experience of supporting clients who have lost capacity as a result of an acquired brain injury (both adults and children) and experience of business development and marketing activities.
