Building on your excellent training and good relationship building skills with clients you will be happy to embrace networking and business development activities and you will be determined to make a name for yourself, becoming a "go-to" person for the region.

Typical matters coming into the firm relate to , amongst others:

- Landlord and tenant work , contentious and non-contentious
- Freehold, Leasehold, Acquisitions and Disposals work
- Healthcare sector including care homes
- Council related matters
- Large retail clients
- Renewable energy
- Work eminating from the charities sector

You will be joining a highly skilled team based over various locations and you will have the benefit of having experienced partners and senior associates to draw advice from.

Ideally you will be at 2-4 PQE level however any level of PQE may be considered depending upon your own level of experience and training gained.
