The Role:
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a respected and innovative Property Litigation team in Preston. The team is highly regarded throughout the region and is recognised in the Legal 500.

You will join an established, close-knit team and will have a high level of client contact. This will allow you to develop your confidence and commercial acumen as you progress. You will be supported by industry-leading partners who individually have respected reputations in the market, who will offer a wealth of experience for you to learn from. Working closely with the partners will give you a platform to develop your technical ability and rise quickly through the ranks.

The work you will gain exposure to is of excellent quality and includes (but is not limited to) property contract disputes, dilapidations, adverse possession, and restrictive covenants.

You will play a significant role in the growth and direction of the team, allowing you to make your mark at an early stage and springboard your career.

Requirements:

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
• You will be comfortable handling a small caseload whilst assisting partners on complex matters
• Business development experience would be advantageous, but a willingness to get involved in business development and the growth of the team is essential
