Agricultural Solicitor

TSR Legal are recruiting for one of the South West's most renowned firms who are looking for experienced Agriculture Lawyer who is looking to develop within this area of expertise. The firm has a lot of referrals coming through from their Real Estate, Conveyancing and Private Wealth teams as well as ongoing referrals outside of the firm.

This position would suit a Solicitor who has some experience within Agricultural, Farm and/or Rural land.

You will be able to get involved in a variety of matters including;

• Rural property transactions
• Sale, purchase and refinancing of farms and land
• Farm business tenancies
• Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies
• Easements and licences over rural property
• Agricultural landed estates
