Job Details
The firm has been established for many years and boast a strong, loyal client base. This busy commercial property department act for both landlords and tenants, drafting leases, handling property portfolios, property finance, environmental issues, along with acquisition, disposal and management for all types of commercial properties.
Ideal candidates must have at least 3 years post qualification advising on a range of commercial property matters. A knowledge of residential property transactions would be an asset but is not a pre-requisite and you must be confident in running your own files and have a client focused attitude with good commercial acumen.
