Sellick Partnership are working with multiple firms across the North West that are seeking Residential Conveyancing Locums. Assignments range from 1 weeks' holiday cover through to ongoing locum assignments and maternity covers.
Due to the high demand in locum Conveyancers, this is a fantastic time for a Residential Conveyancer who is considering entering the locum market.
Your New Role
The successful candidates will undertake a full case load of Residential Property matters including, but not limited to; sales, purchases, shared ownership, help to buy, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. Some of the firms are offering part-time / full-time remote working during the locum assignment.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will
- Hold a wealth of experience dealing with Residential Property matters
- Have the confidence and ability to work autonomously and make decisions on cases
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Be available immediately or at short notice
