This well run Cheshire law firm has a strong real estate department.
Your new role
This real estate solicitor role will see you handle a broad mix of work that will include landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, some development work as well as some property finance. The firm has a well established client base that comprises SMEs and larger corporates.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a real estate lawyer with 2+ years' pqe who can forge excellent working relationships with both clients and colleagues.
