Employment Solicitor

Employment Solicitor - progressive firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor 4 years+ PQE to join their modern office in Central London.

There will be a split of office / remote working 2 / 3 days per week

They offer a competitive salary alongside a generous bonus of 33% on anything billed over 3 times salary.

The Role

They are seeking to hire 4 years+ PQE Employment Solicitor to join their growing team in their modern office, in the City of London.

The team consists of a partner, 3 fee earners and paralegal and administration support staff. This is an excellent opportunity to work with their experienced partner who has a first-rate reputation in the market.

You will deal with a broad range of services on both contentious and non-contentious matters, for both respondents and claimants.

You will be responsible for driving the business forward, working on their in-house caseload whilst offering an entrepreneurial approach to maximising business opportunities.

This will be an office-based role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 - 3 days a week.
