This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Residential Property Lawyer to join our client’s bespoke firm in the Leicester area. The successful applicant will lead a conveyancing team, handling a broad range of residential property matters.

- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold
- Shared ownership
- New builds
- Managing a team
- Business development
- Solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers with at least 2 years’ PQE
- Solid experience in residential property matters is essential
- Previous experience in overseeing a team and training junior staff is advantageous
- Possess excellent client care and communication skills
- Has good organisational and time management skills
