JOB TITLE: Experienced Residential Conveyancer
PQE: 4+
LOCATION: North Yorkshire
SALARY: up to c£45,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
A growing firm in North Yorkshire have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently running their own caseload of matters to include, but not limited to, sales and purchases, freehold, leasehold, right to buy and transfer of equity. The firm have a technical team available to support the postholder with file opening, post completion and welcome packs. This role is ideal for an experienced Residential Conveyancer who has a proven track record of managing a busy caseload under minimal supervision.
THE CANDIDATE:
We want to hear from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who have in excess of 4 years’ experience of independently running a busy caseload of Residential Conveyancing files. Ideally, applicants will have experience of leasehold, freehold and registered and unregistered property work and have experience of using a case management system in a previous role. It is essential that candidates applying for this role have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and take a positive approach towards client care.
