Senior Property Associate- 5+ PQE / Birmingham / Top 100 firm / Fixed Term Contract – This top tier law firm are seeking a highly experienced Property Associate to join the team on a fixed term contract basis for around 6-12 months.

JOB TITLE: Senior Property Associate

LOCATION: Birmingham
SALARY: £50,000-£60,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Solicitor to join this Top 100 law firm based within the West Midlands. The role will be on a 6-12-month fixed term contract basis, for the potential of the role to turn permanent for the right candidate. You will be responsible for handling a caseload of high net worth clients, you will be carrying out a varied role of acquisitions, leases and disposals. You will work closely with a Senior Associate to cover clients across the Midlands. There is no case management in place relating to this role , so the firm are looking for Solicitors who can use initiative and work in an organised manner.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate for this role will be a Senior Solicitor who specialises in Residential Property but has a good solid knowledge of Commercial Property. The role will involve a lot of client facing work and you will need to be highly organised and professional. You should have a minimum of 5 PQE and have prior experience of working within a top tier firm, or within a busy and successful property team.
