Job Details
You will be a qualified Family Solicitor/CILEX who specialises in privately funded family matters. You will be confident in dealing with your own caseload to include a wide range of matters of divorce, ancillary relief and private children. Business development and networking is essential, as the firm place great importance on maintaining and building relationships with their clients.
Your role as a Family Solicitor/CILEX will include:
- Advising on privately funded matrimonial matters including divorce, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, co-habitation agreements, distribution of assets
- Childcare arrangements
- You'll have the autonomy to run your own caseload
- Actively involved in business development
