The Role:

5+ PQE Senior Corporate Associate to join Tier 1 team with Top 50 firm in Cardiff

Very much a globally driven and orientated team, the nation-wide unit provides support to some of the largest organisations in the world on a complete variety of corporate transactions, often of high levels of strategic importance and repercussion.

Working alongside Partners in Cardiff, the UK, and overseas, you will advise on Industrial and General M&A, Financial Service M&A, TMT M&A, Public Company Advisory, PC and VC, Corporate Energy, Infrastructure and Reorgs, to name a few.

Your role in the team will be influential, as you work with Leadership, lead projects with colleagues whilst offering mentoring and guidance to junior colleagues

As development is structured, you will be encouraged and guided from the onset to develop to more senior levels of responsibility and title.

Not limited by location, you can choose to work from home for the majority of the week if so preferred.

Requirements:

• 5+ years PQE with a Corporate background
• Experience gained at an international or reputable national law firm
• Track record in developing business and building relationships with clients
• Mentor and leadership qualities.
