Job Details
My client is based in Southampton and has a great reputation and a proven track record for success. They are looking to grow their successful Commercial Litigation team in this key placement.
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will provide expert advice on all aspects of commercial litigation, acting on areas such as contract disputes, property litigation, corporate disputes, professional negligence claims as well as more general dispute resolution.
Property litigation experience is essential in order to apply.
Your role as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor will involve:
- Handling a varied caseload acting for businesses, organisations and individuals
- Active involvement in business development, gaining new clients and growing your own caseload
