Job Details
The Commercial Disputes department is incredibly well renowned and acts for corporate clients on a national and international basis.
As part of this large and established team, you will be tasked with handling a diverse range of Commercial Litigation instructions. Previous experience gained dealing with public procurement challenges, shareholder disputes involving AIM listed PLCs and/or international arbitration would be advantageous, however is not a prerequisite for the role.
You should be a Commercial Litigation Associate with demonstrable experience in handling an array of Commercial Litigation issues on behalf of a corporate clientele, who is keen on a fresh challenge dealing with the highest standard of instruction.
Salary and full extensive benefits will be commensurate with previous experience and expertise.
