The Role

3+ PQE Litigation Solicitor to join Legal 500 ranked firm Dorset firm

Joining a team who's work continues to make waves in the region, a Litigator with a knack for Property matters is required to join a collaborative team.

In a varied role both claimant and respondent, you will focus on property, boundary and agricultural disputes, along with a mix of civil and commercial matters such as contract and business disputes as and when required in order to keep yourself sharp in other areas.

Offering a winning service, the team are some of the best litigators outside of London, as the two Partner team provide deep insight in all contentious matters.

Many of the existing leaders were developed and promoted from within, as the firm remains committed to providing a progression pathway.

Requirements

• You will be a Litigation Solicitor at 3+ PQE, no ceiling on PQE in terms of welcoming an Associate and above
• High expertise within Property being desired, with knowledge gaps being filled.
• High attention to detail
• Commercially-driven
