The Role

This is a brilliant opportunity to work in this leading Project group in one of the leading International firms, City of London office.

The Projects group covers Construction, project development, acquisition and financing across the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors (both UK and international). The group work with a number of leading clients which include major development finance institutions, governments, commercial banks, investment funds and industrial developer.

You will be working part of the projects work which focuses on infrastructure, transport & logistics, residentials and industrial development, defence, utilities, nuclear, oil and gas, mining, petrochemicals, thermal power and all forms of renewable energy.

You must have construction expertise including negotiation of construction contracts, appointments and warranties, due diligence, disposal and development transactions, construction input into real estate finance transactions, input into the negotiation of development agreements and, ideally experience dealing with EPC's.

Requirements

• You will be a qualified solicitor between 3-6 years PQE
• You will have experience on broad projects matters including construction
• Worked within a respectable projects group
