Job Details
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prominent national parcel delivery operator who is keen to appoint an impressive Senior Commercial Solicitor into their expert legal team. Based out of their Liverpool office, due to the responsibilities of the role, it is envisaged that you will be circa 8 years PQE in company and commercial law, with an astute understanding of commercial contracts. If you are a seasoned candidate with relative in-house or private practice experience who is currently exploring the legal market for your next significant career move, then this stellar role should not be overlooked.
As part of a friendly legal team of four, you will display a strong commercial focus and awareness. Day to day, you'll be immersed in all in-house legal aspects of this high profile and thriving company, across a plethora of commercial contracts, significant business projects and objectives, where your strategic and analytical abilities will be fully utilised.
This is a cohesive and collaborative legal team who pool their expertise and respond to challenges in the most timely, practical and effective way. Importantly, you must enjoy supervising and mentoring junior colleagues and be confident deputising for the Director of Legal as and when required. You will play a significant part managing multiple stakeholders, maintain and build on strong internal relationships and impart your commercially focused advice to colleagues as all levels with absolute clarity, including the Executive Board.
