If you're an experienced Court of Protection solicitor who is keen to join a thriving national firm as part of their national team in Birmingham City Centre.

Our client is a nationally acclaimed firm who offer exceptional legal service to range of national and international clients. This firm has been widely accredited by the Law Society and have continuously been ranked by the Legal 500.

The Court of Protection team is dedicated to representing a wide variety of clients who have experienced discrimination or infringement of human rights. They're looking for a solicitor with two or more years of experience in Court of Protection law with the confidence to carry a varied caseload of matters. You'll be required to work closely with a number of vulnerable clients and demonstrate an empathetic nature at all times.

As part of this team, you will benefit from a competitive salary, great progression, and a strong benefits package. The firm are currently working remotely which is something they are promoting moving forward, however there will be some requirement to work from the office in the future.
