Venn Group are recruiting for an experienced Locum Solicitor to assist a well-established regional firm based in the Home Counties to assist them for a period of 3-6 months.
The successful applicant will have responsibility for handling a full caseload of commercial property matters, predominantly dealing with development properties into the multi-millions. Due to the complex nature of the work, it is essential that the applicant is able to work autonomously and can handle cases worth £20-30 million and is well verse advising on development transactions .
The applicant will be working alongside an experienced and dedicated team consisting of Solicitors and support staff. Additionally, full time secretarial support will be available. The firm uphold an excellent reputation in the local area and offer a friendly, personal service alongside a straightforward and practical approach.
