Bindmans Employment Department are recruiting the following positions:

We are recruiting highly motivated and experienced employment lawyers. If you are interested in an interim or a permanent role, we would like to hear from you. You will work with our first class team, which has broad expertise across the full remit of employment law and is often instructed in cases of extreme public importance.

Senior Employment Lawyer – Head of Department

You should be a senior, experienced employment specialist to develop and lead our Employment Team.  The ideal applicant will be commercially focused to the advantage of their clients and of the team.  They will have a mixed claimant and respondent practice which will complement those of existing team members. They will be responsible for managing the fee earners and support staff in the Employment Team, supervising work, reviewing files and promoting the Employment Team internally and externally.

Employment Lawyer

You should be 4-5 years PQE or equivalent. You should have experience of representing both individuals and institutional/commercial clients across the full spectrum of employment related matters both contentious and non-contentious as well as specific experience of discrimination litigation.

Commercial experience would be welcomed to expand the existing skill base and experience within the team. You will be responsible for supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.
