The Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Real Estate Associate to join a thriving Real Estate team in Liverpool.

The team handles a broad spectrum of Real Estate matters, including acquisitions & disposals, development, investment, and asset management. Their client base is equally varied and includes international landowners, property development companies, and investors. The variety and complexity of deals make for a diverse and stimulating caseload.

You will have a high level of support from Partners who are widely respected and from a large team of Paralegals to assist on the administrative side. The firm's consistent growth ensures that there is always a clear progression path for ambitious individuals that is based on performance, not PQE level.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Solicitor between 1 - 4 years PQE
• Comfortable building relationships with clients and growing your profile
• A strong academic track record and proven billings
• You will be a team player with a keen eye for detail
