Job Title: Tribunal Clerks x2 (Fixed Term Contract)

Job description: We are recruiting for 2 x Tribunal Clerks to join a public sector organisation on a Fixed Term Contract, for a period of 12 months with potential of further extension. The role is based in Manchester City Centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with proven experience of working with and supporting committees, panels or tribunals. The successful candidate will also have excellent drafting skills, in order to draft determinations to deadlines.
The successful candidate will:
- Act as a Tribunal Clerk to tribunals and interim orders tribunals as required – provide procedural guidance to the tribunal; prepare draft determinations for the tribunal; and provide general administrative support
- Co-ordinate pre-hearing activities – to include preparation and distribution of documents
- Support the effective re-scheduling of cases for part-heard hearings. This will involve communication with the Case Management team
Salary: £26,113 – this is the bottom of the salary band, there is scope for further progression within the banding.
