Legal 500 practice in Staffordshire seeks a driven Personal Injury Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive with 2+ years’ PQE in personal injury litigation to join our client’s Lexcel accredited firm in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful lawyer will be managing cases from commencement of litigation to conclusion, whilst ensuring excellent client care at all times.

- Fast track claims
- EL, PL and RTA matters
- Acting for trade union members
- Dealing with all aspects of litigation
- Handling issue and service of proceedings
- Reviewing and responding to defences
- Interim applications
- Instructing counsel
- Liaising with external professionals
- Attending court hearings
- Negotiating settlements
- Building long-lasting client relationships
- Solicitors and legal executives with at least 2 years’ PQE
- Solid experience in personal injury litigation is essential
- Able to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language
- Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
- Ensures a client-focused approach
- IT proficient
