Litigation Associate
We are seeking to recruit a diligent, confident, self-motivated and experienced General Commercial litigator with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join a busy successful Litigation Team of growing ambitious forward thinking law firm in the City The successful applicant will have been trained in a firm known for its litigation practice and will have excellent technical knowledge and be very commercial in their approach and will have the opportunity to act for business clients from a very diverse client base on a range of litigation matters from advisory work through to trials in the High Court and County Court.
Key requirements for this role are as follows:
1. Minimum 3 years Post Qualification Experience in General Commercial Litigation including the following areas:
a) Insolvency and appointment of receivers.
b) Contract disputes
c) Injunctions
d) Negligence claims including professional
negligence claims
e) Debt and asset recovery
f) Shareholder and Partnership disputes
g) Breach of trust claims
2. Able to work under own supervision whilst maintaining the highest levels of compliance and quality.
3. Interest in business development.
