Conveyancer
Our client, a highly reputable regional firm based in Cambridgeshire, are seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive as part of their continued expansion.
Reporting to the Head of Residential Property, the successful candidate will handle a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold conveyancing, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, Rights to Buy and Shared Ownership Schemes, with the support of a Conveyancing Executive.
The firm are a longstanding practice with modern processes who maintain close links to the local community. They hold the Lexcel accreditation as well as being recognised in the L500.
A structured career progression plan is on offer which aims to enable fee-earners to achieve their career goals and ambitions.
This role is well suited to either a Residential Conveyancer that is able to confidently handle their own caseload, or a Conveyancer that can operate with minimal supervision.
