A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven Residential Property Fee Earner to join our client’s bespoke firm in Waterlooville. The successful fee earner will independently manage own caseload of conveyancing matters, whilst ensuring excellent client care at all times.
To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period. Responsibilities
- Managing own caseload of residential property matters under minimum supervision
- Freehold and leasehold properties
- Sales and purchases
- Landlord and tenant matters
- New builds
- Completion and post-completion matters
- Transfers of equity
- Option agreements
- Building client relationships
- Solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers and fee earning paralegals with at least 3 years’ PQE
- Solid experience in residential property matters is essential
- Is ambitious and results driven
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Outstanding communication and client care skills
- IT proficient
