Here at Sacco Mann, we're actively searching for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor on behalf of a major international law firm with an office based in Birmingham City Centre.
This well regarded team are continuously ranked in tier one by the Legal 500 for their Real Estate legal services and boast real status in the Midlands for their work. The joining Commercial Property Solicitor can expect to work with a client base unparalleled by other firms in the area including leading financial institutions, retailers, manufacturers and many more.
To be ideal for this position, you will have between NQ and 4 years of experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor with experience of running your own caseload of broad real estate matters.
This position will give you fantastic access to a high quality and strategic workload to include a range of work from straightforward Real Estate work to HQ relocations, acquisition programmes and more.
You'll join a fast paced team and have the opportunity to work closely with highly experienced partners on complex, high profile matters to hone your skillset in Real Estate Law.
